We provided production services for the Women on Boards Adria flagship event in Skopje: delivering video content and event moderation. We helped translate a powerful mission into a resonant visual experience.
As part of an exclusive regional engagement with Women on Boards Adria (WOBA), 3rd Sector Production covered the full audiovisual scope of their high-profile event in Skopje, focused on promoting inclusive leadership and gender-balanced governance.
Our contribution included:
Production of promotional and documentary-style videos
Live event recording and editing
On-site creative direction and filming coordination

This event gathered regional leaders, ambassadors, CEOs, and global advocates for gender equity, including Biljana Braithwaite, founder of WOBA, and Dr. Anino Emuwa, founder of 100 Women @ Davos. The content we produced captured not only the words and messages but the energy, connection, and vision.
Our work amplified WOBA’s mission to address gender imbalance in corporate boards and to position women as central decision-makers in the Adria region. Through our lens, we shaped not just documentation but an experience of momentum, inclusion, and collective ambition.
