RYDE Project and 7 Non-Governmental Organizations from the Western Balkans
We produced a promo video and testimonial series for the RYDE project, capturing youth voices from five Western Balkan countries on employment policies — as part of a regional EU-funded dialogue initiative.
As part of the Regional Youth Dialogue for Europe (RYDE) project, funded by the European Union, 3rd Sector Production was commissioned to document and visually support the thematic session “Youth and Employment Policies in the Western Balkans”, held at Hotel Thessalonica, Skopje.
We collaborated with seven non-governmental organizations from Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and North
Macedonia to deliver:
Photography and on-location filming during the session
Production of a promotional video highlighting the regional collaboration
Editing and delivery of 12 individual testimonial videos featuring young participants
Multinational coordination with partner NGOs for usage across platforms
Collage-style summary videos for internal and public advocacy use
The videos gave voice to 12 young people reflecting on current employment policies in their home countries — creating a youth-centered media archive for continued dialogue, policymaking, and institutional learning.
This project is a strong example of cross-border storytelling and documentary-style production in support of regional EU engagement.
