FuckUp Nights – Skopje
We provided live moderation services in Macedonian, BSHC, and English for the hybrid information session of the CC4WBs project in Skopje — hosted by our moderator Ognen Janeski, in collaboration with BlowUP Sarajevo.
In 2023–2024, 3rd Sector Production engaged in a year-long collaboration with the Macedonian license holder of FuckUp Nights – Skopje, part of the international storytelling franchise that originated in Mexico.
Our role included:
Recording and editing one-minute testimonial videos from each event speaker
Subtitling in English and Macedonian for wider accessibility
Post-production is designed for social media formats (vertical and horizontal versions)
Color grading and sound optimization for event venue conditions
Coordination with brand identity guidelines for a consistent global look
Throughout four editions, we produced 12 short-format, high-impact videos — each distilling failure, learning, and growth into a powerful minute. These videos became the key digital assets used for promotion, audience engagement, and archiving for the local FuckUp Nights community in Skopje.
Our minimalist, focused visual storytelling helped amplify the honesty and human depth at the movement's core, giving every speaker’s story the space to resonate and inspire.
